Terms of Service

Welcome to Rewoly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Rewoly is a SaaS tool that helps small businesses manage Google Business Profile reviews via automated sync, AI-suggested reply drafts, and one-click reply posting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the business whose Google Business Profile you connect. By connecting a profile, you confirm you are the owner or an authorized manager.

3. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. A 14-day free trial is provided on signup. After trial, the plan you selected begins billing automatically; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billed period.

5. AI-generated content

Reply drafts are generated by AI based on review text and your configured brand voice. You are solely responsible for reviewing each draft before approving and posting it. We do not warrant accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use Rewoly to post replies on Google Business Profiles you do not own or manage with proper authority.
• Do not use Rewoly to post abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Comply with the Google Business Profile content policies.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rewoly may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages (Google API, Supabase, OpenAI), or other reasons. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service unavailability.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewoly's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
